What to write to us about

• Calculator problems: tell us your browser and device, what you entered (including the rent period and lease type), and what you expected. A screenshot helps.
• Content corrections: if a statement on a page looks wrong or out of date, point us to the page and, if you can, to a source.
• Privacy requests: to ask what we hold about you from your messages, or to ask for correction or deletion, write to the email above with "Privacy" in the subject line. See the privacy policy.
• Ideas: suggestions for guides, new inputs, or clearer explanations are useful to us.

What we cannot do

We cannot give personal legal, tax, or investment advice, review your specific lease, negotiate with a landlord, act as a broker, or tell you whether to sign. For that, talk to a commercial real estate attorney or a licensed tenant-representation broker in your area. Please do not email sensitive data such as bank account numbers or Social Security numbers.

Bug reports

The fastest way to help us fix a problem is to send the exact numbers you entered and the result you saw. If you believe a number is wrong, a hand calculation using the formulas is the best evidence.

We read every message, but we cannot promise a particular response time.

Writing about a specific lease

You are welcome to describe a general question, such as how a type of clause usually works. We cannot interpret the wording of your specific lease or tell you what a particular clause means for you, because that depends on the full document and on local law. If you send us a question about a lease, we will treat it as general feedback and will not give legal advice.
